How can i activate the service?

To activate the service, click on the "Activate Now" button and enter your account information and your credit card details or Paypal email. Your account will be generated immediately after the payment is confirmed!

Can I request a contact enquiry before activating the service?

Yes, click here. One of our consultants will contact you as soon as possible (during business hours) to answer all your questions. You can also call us at +39 06 97631527 and type 1 for business information.

What payment methods are accepted?

In the case of monthly subscription you can pay by credit card or through Paypal. In case of annual subscription, you can pay with bank transfer too.

How long are your contracts? Can i change my plan later on?

All Voverc plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual plan. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time and if you ever decide that Voverc isn’t the best cloud-pax platform for your business, simply cancel your account.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.

Can I port my actual phone number?

Yes. We can port your actual number in Voverc, or you can start using Voverc immediately. .
